Any funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary break or mandatory cooling-off period on this Platform or any other gambling platform.
All funds deposited to your Account are owned by you and have not been obtained through criminal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful means.

Your Account currency is set at registration and may not be changed thereafter. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions processed in a different base currency.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) regulatory requirements demand it; or (d) the User requests self-exclusion or voluntary closure. In the event of closure for breach, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
The Operator is required by its licensing jurisdiction to maintain robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. By registering an Account, you consent to the following verification requirements:

Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the Operator's designated alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with the licensing jurisdiction's requirements.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the Help Center. Closing your Account after an amendment will not prejudice any rights or obligations that accrued before the amendment took effect.
